We work primarily in USD and with clients worldwide. For larger or long-term projects, we’re happy to discuss phased payments and retainer-style options.

How does your pricing actually work?

We use a project-based pricing model. The packages on this page give you a clear starting point, but the final quote depends on your exact scope, timeline, and deliverables.

After you share your brief, we confirm what you need (branding only, branding + social, print, UI, etc.) and then send a simple proposal with price, scope, and estimated timeline.

What are your payment terms?
payments

For most projects, we ask for a 50% upfront deposit to book your slot and start the work. The remaining 50% is due on final delivery of the agreed files.

For bigger or ongoing projects, we can split payments into more milestones or set up a monthly plan, depending on what makes sense for both sides.

How many revisions are included?
revisions

Each package includes a clear number of structured feedback rounds so the project keeps moving forward. For example, our Growth Brand package includes unlimited revisions on the chosen logo concept within a defined scope.

If a project needs extra rounds beyond what’s included, we’ll discuss it openly and you can add them as a small add-on instead of blowing up the whole scope.

Do you offer refunds if I change my mind?

Design work is time and thinking, so in most cases the initial deposit is non-refundable once we’ve started working on concepts or assets.

If something unexpected happens and you need to pause or adjust the project, we’ll look at how much work is already done and find a fair solution together. The goal is always to stay transparent, not rigid.

How long will my project take?

Timelines depend on the package and how quickly feedback comes in. A simple branding project might take a couple of weeks, while a full brand + social + UI package can take longer.

If you have a fixed deadline (launch, event, campaign), let us know in your brief. We’ll confirm what’s realistic — and if needed, we can talk about a rush option as an add-on.

Do you work with international clients?
