HI, I’M MUHAMMAD ASIM — THE DESIGNER BEHIND NAQSH
I’ve been obsessed with shapes, letters, and lines since I was a teenager. Before I ever opened a design app, I was filling notebooks with calligraphy and hand-drawn patterns. NAQSH Digital Services is my way of turning that lifelong obsession into a focused, modern design studio.
Growing up, I was the kid who would rewrite headings just to make them look better. I loved calligraphy, sketching logos that didn’t exist yet, and drawing layouts for imaginary brands. I didn’t have the language for it back then, but I was already thinking like a designer — asking, “How can this look cleaner, stronger, more intentional?”
As I got older, that curiosity turned into real work. I started taking on individual projects — logos for small businesses, social media graphics for friends launching something new, flyers and posters for people who needed their ideas to look serious. One client at a time, I learned how design isn’t just decoration — it’s how people decide whether they should trust you.
Over time, those “one-off” projects turned into a steady flow of work. I was still a solo designer, but the projects were getting bigger, the expectations higher, and the brands more ambitious. I realized I didn’t just want to be “someone who makes designs.” I wanted to build a studio with a clear point of view — something that could stand as a brand on its own.
That’s how NAQSH DIGITAL SERVICES LLC was born — a dedicated design practice focused on bold, clean visuals for modern brands. Instead of trying to do everything, I decided this studio would specialize in the kind of work I love most: logo & brand identity, social media graphics, print & marketing design, and website & UI graphics.
Launching NAQSH as an online brand was a turning point. It meant showing up not just as a freelancer behind the scenes, but as a design partner brands could recognize, remember, and return to. Today, NAQSH Digital Services works remotely with clients in the US and around the world — delivering design that looks sharp on screen and on paper.
The word “naqsh” is connected to impressions, patterns, and marks. For me, it perfectly captures what good design should do: leave a clear mark on the viewer’s mind. Every logo, every graphic, every screen is a kind of naqsh — a visual impression that tells people who you are before you say a word.
